Mr. Abramowitz is a seasoned executive who has specialized in working as Turn Around professional since 1986. Positions have included Investor, CEO, CRO, and advisor to the CEO and advisor to the Board of directors. In these capacities, Mr. Abramowitz has successfully restructured numerous companies and when necessary managed the numerous 363 sales.
Mr. Abramowitz has been appointed multiple times as a Trustee at the request of the various Bankruptcy Courts in Central District of California.
Mr. Abramowitz has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, a Masters Degree In Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Abramowitz was formerly practiced as a CPA and has testified as an financial expert.
Todd Appelbaum: Managing Director of Liquidity Capital Group
Mr. Appelbaum has 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector. He has been the Managing Partner of Urban IV Residential LLC & Partner of RosenSmith Partners, both real estate development & investment firms. Mr. Appelbaum is an experienced businessman, consultant, start-up specialist and entrepreneur. He brings to LCG his expertise in real estate, business valuations and business development. For eleven years, Mr. Appelbaum was President and Chief Executive Officer for Cup o’ Joe, coffee dessert house, a Columbus, Ohio based chain that was founded by Mr. Appelbaum and his wife. Under Mr. Appelbaum’s direction, the chain grew to eight stores and over 200 employees. In 2000, Cup o’ Joe merged with Stauf’s Coffee Roasters. After the merger, Mr. Appelbaum remained as President of the merged companies. During his tenure, he developed and built a highly successful new store concept called MoJoe Lounge, as an extension to Cup o’ Joe.
Mr. Appelbaum has participated in numerous community and philanthropic organizations, and has sat on the boards of the following: Central Ohio Restaurant Association, Wexner Heritage House, First City Bank, Columbus Jewish Federation & Foundation, Leo Yassenoff Jewish Community Center, AIPAC National Council and more.
Ryan Stern: Director
Ryan joins Liquidity Capital Group after having served as a Chapter 7 Trustee’s Administrator for three different Trustees for over 16 years in Los Angeles, California. In his capacity as an Administrator, Ryan had primary responsibility for 60 to 80 asset cases at any given time and for the 200-300 new case filings assigned to the Trustee on a monthly basis. In addition, Ryan has often been frequently consulted by other Chapter 7 professionals on how to best monetize unusual assets and the estimated the potential recovery from Debtor Estates. Ryan served as the main point of contact for a number of major cases major cases for the Central District.
Ryan is an expert on working with the Epic Software and has been consulted on numerous occasions on how best to improve the Epic systems functionality and its ease of use. Ryan has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Behavioral Science. Ryan brings his wealth of experience and a vision of maximizing Estate assets for the benefit for all for every Estate.
